Snowshoe Lodge's Accommodations
The main lodge is a spacious three-level log structure with a Western alpine flair:
- The lower floor of the main lodge offers a casual bar/lounge with a small overhead television equipped with satellite channels, dining tables, and a wood stove that never goes cold during the entire winter season.
- The middle floor is home to the open kitchen, and cozy indoor dining room. There are great views from the porch of the surrounding and overwhelming nature. Deer often graze by Snowshoe Lodge buildings. Elk, antelope, moose, coyote, and the occasional mountain lion are your neighbors.
- The top floor houses your Snowshoe Lodge hosts, Ann and Doug.
Three Cozy Guest Cabins
The three surrounding log cabins, all decorated in Western style have their own private bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens with microwave oven, cutlery, pots and pans. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor barbecue grills. Although we have a beer license and there is small bar in the main lodge, you are welcome to BYOB (bring your own bottle of wine, beer, or other liquor).
Fully-Appointed: Clean and tidy cabins made up with fresh linens and towels. Our furnished guest cabins have Western décor with fully-quipped kitchenettes (cook-top stove, microwave oven, small fridge, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.).
| Please inquire regarding single-night rates and availability.
Trail traffic also welcome: Snowmobilers and other wayfarers in the Big Horns can stop by for a tasty lunch,
hot coffee or cold beer, plus fueling station for snow machines. A hot bowl of homemade soup always on hand.
Although Snowshoe Lodge does not rent snowmobiles, we can put guests in touch with local partners that do.
Sauna and Hot Tub
It is wonderful to take a sauna after a long day in the snow or the wide-open country. Or soak in the open-air hot tub while enjoying the beautiful mountain views.
We are constructing four bunkrooms that will sleep 4 people each. These bunkrooms will have shared bathroom facilities . Bunkroom Pricing: $100 per night, sleeping a maximum of 4 people.
